Any strategy you've deployed in live trading mode and connected to your broker. Paper trading doesn't count toward the limit. Strategies you've built but haven't deployed (still in draft) don't count either. Pause a strategy and it stops counting toward your limit immediately.
Yes. Upgrade and the new plan kicks in immediately — we charge a prorated difference. Downgrade and the change applies from your next billing cycle. We never lock you in or charge cancellation fees. The plan list is always editable from your dashboard.
Yes — yearly billing gets you 20% off (Pro at ₹4,790/year, Premium at ₹14,390/year). Toggle is at the top of this page. We don't auto-renew yearly plans without sending you a heads-up email two weeks before.
Within 30 days of your first paid charge, email us at [email protected] and we'll refund the full month. No exit survey, no "but why" calls, no clawback. We've issued exactly 47 refunds since launch. We track that number publicly because we believe in being held to it.
No. Zero. Your trades go through your broker; your funds stay in your broker account; your profits are yours. The subscription is our only revenue from you. (Marketplace creators earn a commission on subscribers to their strategies — but that's separate, optional, and capped.)
If you have 5 strategies live and downgrade from Pro to Starter, we'll keep them all deployed but only execute orders on the most recently traded one. You can re-pick which one stays active from your dashboard. We never delete strategies on downgrade — they're saved forever.
