Build the trading platform you wish existed.
With people who'd use it themselves.

Tradetron is built by traders, for traders. The team writing the code also trades on it — every Friday, in their own broker accounts, with real money. If you've ever looked at an algo platform and thought "this should work differently," that's exactly the bar we hold ourselves to.

What we're solving

Algo trading is too hard, too opaque, too expensive. We're fixing all three.

Most traders can't code, can't trust a backtest, and can't tell what their strategy actually netted after costs. We've spent eight years narrowing those three gaps — and there's still a long way to go.

01
Too hard

A working algo shouldn't require Python and a backend. We're building the no-code surface where 405k+ traders compose strategies they'd never have written in code — and the AI layer that builds them from plain-English description.

02
Too opaque

Marketplaces that show only PDF screenshots. Backtests that lie. Brokers that don't reconcile. Trust Score, AI Strategy Audit, Verified Live, daily broker reconciliation — every feature we ship is one more thing the user no longer has to take on faith.

03
Too expensive

Most traders optimise gross PnL because that's the only number their platform shows. True-Net PnL strips out brokerage, STT, slippage and fees — and tells you what the strategy actually earned you. The number you actually keep.

Why join

Few people. Real stakes. Equity for the early ones.

[ 01 ]
A real problem, not a vanity one
~175k live trades a day fire into real broker accounts on the platform you'd help build. A bug here doesn't shuffle pixels — it costs someone real money. Most engineers spend their careers wishing for stakes this concrete.
[ 02 ]
Equity for early hires
The first 20 people on the team get a meaningful equity slice. Cash is competitive, equity is what makes the next 5 years worth it. If we win, you win in a way that changes your math.
[ 03 ]
Talk to customers daily
No PM layer in front. Engineers and designers read support tickets, jump on user calls, and own the feedback loop end-to-end. The bug you fix at 11am is in someone's day-trading dashboard by 4pm.
[ 04 ]
Stack you'd actually choose
Laravel + React on the web side. Python on the trading engine. NSQ for the order bus. Keycloak for auth. Honest pragmatic choices — nothing rewritten for the resume.
[ 05 ]
Ship-fast culture
Idea on Monday morning. In staging by Wednesday. In production by Friday — if it survives the AI Strategy Audit and the realism flags. No approval committees, no sprint ceremonies, no "let's circle back."
[ 06 ]
No-meetings policy
Two team standups a week. One demo on Friday. Everything else is Slack-and-write. If a meeting would solve it, a doc solves it better. You'll get your build time back.
