Our marks. How to use them.
Guidance on how the Tradetron name, logo and product marks may be used — so the 405k+ traders who rely on the brand can trust what carries it, and partners and press can reference us correctly.
"Tradetron"®, the Tradetron logotype, the crosshair mark, and related product names are trademarks of Tradetron Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("Tradetron"). They identify our platform and the strategies, tools and services we provide. All rights are reserved except as expressly permitted below.
Our marks
- Word mark —
Tradetron, used as a single capitalised word. Not "TradeTron", "Trade Tron" or "tradetron" in running prose where the brand is meant. - Logotype — the Tradetron wordmark image, in its light and dark variants.
- Product names — including the Advanced Strategy Builder, the Marketplace, TT Uni and the Tradetron API.

What you may do
Without asking us first, you may:
- Refer to Tradetron by name in reviews, articles, tutorials, comparisons and forum posts, as long as the reference is truthful and not misleading.
- State, accurately, that your strategy was built on or deployed through Tradetron.
- Use the unmodified logo in press and editorial coverage of Tradetron, with attribution.
What you may not do
- Use our marks in a way that suggests Tradetron endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with your product, strategy or service when it does not.
- Incorporate "Tradetron" or a confusingly similar term into your own company name, product name, domain, app name or social handle.
- Alter, recolour, distort, animate or recombine the logo, or place it on a background that reduces its legibility.
- Use the marks on merchandise, or in any unlawful, deceptive or disparaging context.
Logo usage
When you do use the logo: keep clear space around it equal to the height of the wordmark, never render it below 18 px tall, and use the dark variant on light backgrounds and the light variant on dark backgrounds. Do not screenshot a stylised version — request the asset.

Third-party marks
Broker, exchange and partner names and logos that appear on Tradetron — for example on the Integrations page — are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services Tradetron connects to. Their appearance does not imply endorsement in either direction.
Reporting misuse · requesting permission
To report a misuse of the Tradetron marks, or to request permission for a use not covered above, write to [email protected] with the subject line "Trademark". Tell us who you are and exactly how you intend to use the mark. We aim to respond within five business days.
